Inserting Buttons Into Content |
|
A great way to add style to a site is with inline buttons instead of or in addition to plain text. Thankfully this is a very simple item to implement and can make a huge impact on many pages. Add a button InlinePlace your cursor in the location where you'd like to see your button. Click the insert image button on your toolbar and select (or upload and select) the image you'd like to use for your button. Set the alignment to middle and click insert. You should now have an image inline with your text. To make this image into a button simply click on the image and then click the link button in the editor toolbar. Insert a link and now your image functions as a linkable button. Add a feature buttonAdding a feature button follows the same principles but instead of inserting your image inline you'll want to place it to the right or left of your content and probably have it much larger. The only change you need to make is when inserting your image set the alignment to right or left instead of middle. Make a button roll-overMany editors (like jce) making adding rollovers quick and easy. |
