State of Windows 7 satisfaction - survey of users

Recent survey has good and bad news. Our advice to our clients who are thinking about upgrading to Windows 7 - whether they're on Vista or XP - is to WAIT.

84% say the process went off without meaningful hiccups; 13% say it went fairly well. More than 40% had to try and resolve driver issues, and more than 33% needed to deal with software incompatibilities. 11% reported crashes or blue screens of death.

Are the percentages of users who reported problems impressively low, or unsettlingly high? We don't think our clients should have to decide. http://technologizer.com/2009/11/30/windows-7-survey/
